Inside R/U Panel foam closure - Installs inside of the R/ U-Panel on the underside of the panel filling in the ribs of the panel. (Example: Eave Condition)

Outside R/U Panel foam closure - Installs outside of R/U Panel filling in the ribs of the panel. (Example: Ridgecap, Valley, End Wall Condition).

Product Description

While some homeowners choose to not include foam closure strips when they buy a metal roof, we recommend using strips as they help increase the performance of your metal roof. They are an excellent solution when you want a weather-tight seal for your roof that keeps pests and noise outside your home or warehouse.

Foam closure strips seal the gaps of the inner/outer panel. This helps to maintain weather-tightness and to decrease moisture and insects from getting inside or beneath the raised portions of roofing panels. Foam closure strips should be installed prior to fastening metal roofing panels

Weathertight and help to seal out wind, water birds, light and noise.
Vented Closure Strips are available for outside, which allow air to flow and circulate throughout the roof and building

Universal Closures

This special closure is used for unusual metal roofings and for unusual surfaces that do not have a standard mold (examples of standard mold metal roofings: PBR, PBU, etc).
